I am in the process of collecting pictures and testimonials from smokers around Europe and I am looking for a pipe smoker in the Netherlands.

The goal is to take portrait pictures of this pipe smoker and for him/her to endorse Forest EU’s messages.

Forest EU would cover €500.

If you were to participate, I would ask you to find:
-one pipe smoker (yourself for example)
-in the Netherlands
-above 30 years of age, woman or man,
-who would genuinely endorse the following testimonials: “Adult consumers informed about the health risks associated with smoking should be able to use legal tobacco products without excessive regulation and taxation.”, “Smokers should be protected from punitive tobacco taxes.”, “Another tax hike will discriminate against the less well off and those who are just about managing.”, “Higher taxes will encourage more smokers to buy tobacco on the black market because there isn’t the stigma associated with other illicit transactions.”, “Governments should give smokers a break, take our public opinion into account and freeze tobacco duties at the current levels.”, “Plain packaging has nothing to do with health. It’s gesture politics designed to appease public health campaigners who are forever searching for new ways to force smokers to quit.”, “Authorities should embrace evidence-based information.”, “Governments should treat adults like adults and not make repulsive the packages of products smokers enjoy”, “Public health subsidies should finance improvements on health, not lobbyists.”, “The Commission should support health, not lobbyists.”, “You don’t have to like smoking to see there’s a problem with the European Commission giving taxpayers’ money to NGOs who then use that money to lobby the Commission.”

When it comes to the deliverables, I would need from the photographer:
– High-res portrait pictures (see benchmark below) in the model’s familiar/personal environment (their home, their garden, their street, their shop, their office, their field, etc.). No make-up, no fancy clothes, no complicated pose. I want a natural look, like the benchmark. The mood is serene, bold and positive, the portrait pictures are taken at dusk to have an interesting lighting, the person has to look at the camera, exactly like the benchmark.
– The model’s written permission (by email) to use their testimonials and photos: I, (First Name, Last Name) hereby declare that my testimonials reflect my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences. I also certify that I am 30 years old or older. I hereby give FOREST permission to use whole or part of my testimonials and photographs, and I authorise the use and reproduction of them by FOREST. This includes using my first name only, location, category of product consumed (pipe), testimonials and photographs for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to me. All testimonials and photographs shall constitute FOREST’s sole property.
