I have a set of dutch pipes on a stand that have been handed down four generations. They are clearly marked GOEDE

Two of the pipes have an image of a windmill on the bowl which I believe lights up when pipe being smoked.
I am wondering how to go about having them dated and valued and would appreciate your response to this request.
