a hand rolling cigarette smoker & years ago used to smoke capstan navy cut medium fine cut which was a hand rolling tobacco
When I was a merchant seaman on board ship we could buy either capstan flake for pipe smokers or capstan medium fine cut flake tobacco for cigarette smokers
What happened arno is they made the fine cut for export only so we couldn’t get it which was so annoying because they manufactured the fine in the city I’m from liverpool
So I’m asking you can you buy capstan medium navy fine cut in Holland or Belgium if you could just ask about when you go to buy your pipe tobacco would be great thanks arno take care regards joe
